The Indian formula 1 Grand Prix was start on 28 october 2011 in India at Jaypee Group Buddha International Circuit Greater Noida, UP.
The F1 track in India was designed by Hermann Tilke.
The length of 5.14 km and an area of 875 acres. The average speed of all the cars is 210 kph and the maximum speed limits is upto 320 kmph making it one of the fastest Formula 1 racing tracks in the world. Once ready, it will be amongst top five F1 circuits in the world. Seating capacity is expected to be 150,000.
